Yea it did I began seeing results in a week or something. I also did some other leg workouts with this U just have to be consistent and I ain't gonna say control what ur eating or whatever cuz I can't do that. But if u are eating a lot of calories then u have to focus on burning more than u consume and that's going to help as well.

So I’m trying it out because like why not Day1- I felt like it was alright but I had to pause between each different exercise because um I will die Day2- woke up and continued with thigh soreness and it hurts still ouch So I still did the workout but skipped the lunge jumps because I just can’t hurt my body like that I’m too sore today Also what I realised is that the lunge jumps are extremely good for people who want to build thigh muscle because I literally can see my muscle a little shaped out on my thigh Let’s see if we can last atleast a week lmfao Day3- so I skipped lunge jumps because I see them more as building muscle rather than lose fat and I’m trying to slim legs so I just skipped it Oh and my legs still feel like hell lmfao So I did everything else Also I may start the lunge jumps again though jusf after my legs are at a position where I’m able to do them actually without hurting myself HAHA Day4- so I started with lunge jumps again but only did sets of 10 Everything else as shown So I realised that how when I first started i had to take a break between each different workout Now I’m kinda getting used to it so I didn’t pause for any breaks which I am pretty proud of lmao I’m also sweaty so that should vouch for something Day5- so i followed her original routine and began lunge jumps again I still feel like they’re the hardest haha but yeeet another day done I don’t see a difference but I’m sure it’s just because it’s not done for long enough But bOY am I sweating damn I can actually feel drips we bout shower 😤✊🏽 DAY6 (stream shoot me) - okay so yep lunge jumps are definitely the hardest part of this routine but we still want dem legs so So I see my upper thigh? Idk if it’s called that but yEE it feels harder and more stronger so I see some result to that extent I don’t actually know how to check for results because I didn’t measure my thighs lmfao don’t want 2 lower my self esteem HHAHAH But anyway yee I do feel my legs gaining strength which I’m happy about :)) I’m thinking about doing her ab one too soon but not sure yet because I feel out of breath just watching her lmfoa Okay bye see yall tomorrow hitting officially one week 💓💘💗💝💞 Day7 - one week finally complete I feel accomplished haha i think this is the first time I stick to a routine I guess that says a lot lmao Day8 - so I don’t know if it was the heat or whatever but I really felt tired throughout today’s workout damn Also yup this workout definitely leaves you pOURING WIth sweat my head in particular is melting never wanted to shower more Day9 - another day done I added an extra 5 to the kick outs just to make it 20 since everything else is haha So it wasn’t so bad today I don’t know if it was just because I had Music on so more of a distraction? Still feel like jelly legs when I walk though lmao I don’t think that’ll ever change within this work out day 10 - yes I can conclude music makes it easier to do so I recommend to everyone 1!1! Honestly though I don’t know if I see a difference like maybe it’s slight idk but I didn’t really examine my legs before starting this Strangely though I do notice a difference on my stomach lmao so I always had slight definition but I realised this workout is helping define it more *Sorry duds I stopped updating because I thought no one actually read it lmao* Update: I did actually do this workout to slim down my legs for holiday and my lazy ass stopped after I got back I did notice a major difference in my legs sis Wuz toNNED And I think I’m losing definition so bout to start doing this again Should I still make daily updates ? SO I DIDNT KNOW PEOPLE READ STILL READ THIS FINAL UPDATE IT DID MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE ON MY LEGS after that period of months I stopped working out completely because I’m lazy as hell but this work out did make my legs super tone and defined like it worked so well that even now a year later my legs are still defined from using this workout. I SHOULD MENTION I worked out using this and alexis ren’s 10 minute ab workout. Those two videos together helped my body so much, I worked out consistently I’d say for a good two months and here a year later my body still holds that slight definition and tone SO DEFINITELY WORTH IT THE RESULTS ARE LONG LASTING AND IT FEELS GOOD TO WORK OUT. just seeing this motivated me to work out again HAHA I’m going to restart my routine of doing this and alexis ren either 4/5 days out of 7. I hope this was helpful to you guys! I’m telling yall this is so so so so so worth it btw if anyone has any other questions or bla bla hmu bye guys !!

If you ask yourself wether it’s working or not, here’s my experience: IT ABSOLUTELY WORKS. I started with gabbys Workouts when i was 13 (now I’m nearly 16) and her workouts changed my body completely. My legs where very large and I had some cellulite and at the beginning it was incredibly hard, but take some breaks and don’t be too harsh to yourself. I had a thigh gap and a flat stomach after I did her workout schedule for about 2 months and I had a healthier relationship to food. Thank you gabby ❤️

okey, i’m going to try to update this everyday haha Day1: i started okey, the first exercise is the worst one but i did everything without stopping. Not changes Day2: same as day one but i felt my legs sore Day3: i did all the workout without rest. I actually didn’t feel my legs sore. The exercise was much easier than the other two days. No change, but my inner thigh is thight and I feel it much better. Day4: the workout is much easier now, i can do it pretty much perfectly. And i can already see the results, my thighs are much thinner and they feel really thight. I am so happy with this exercise, it 100% works. However, i am going to keep updating because i feel more “pressured” to do this workout because some people see it. (ps.: is someone seeing this? i would like to know hahah) Day5: as the most of the other days i did the exercise without resting. Like i said, its much easier now. No major changes but i feel really good with myself physically and emotionally, and i think its because of the workout. Day6: workout is really easy and i can see a major change in the lower part of my thigh, its really thight and structured, if that makes sense haha. i am really happy. Day7: it has only been one week and i am seeing a lot of changes. I can alredy see my thigh gap and i am really happy. i really recommend this workout. (ps.: how much days do you want me to update?) Day8: i did it and the results are the same as other days :) Day9: as other days my legs feel way more tighter, i am really happy. however, not major changes yet. Day10: helloooo, idk what to say. the workout went same as the other days, no major changes yet. Day11: i’m absolutely loving this workout, it’s fast and it works! my legs are definitely thinner and stronger. however, i am going to continue doing this workout. Day12: rest day, but because i didn’t have enought time. i’m so sorry, but i promise i’ll keep doing it. Day13: i did the workout twice because i didn’t do it yesterday, i feel much better now. it also helps me have a better mood, and i feel much concentrated at school. i also sleep much better. i can alredy see a huge difference compared to the beginning. i really love this workout. (ps.: how many days do you want me to update?) Day14: it’s been two weeks, yeiiiii!! i’m actually so happy rn, i have never been able to keep doing this for this long hahha. i love the workout, it really works guys. Day15: from now on i’m going to update weekly cause idk what to write and i always say the same thing, but know that i’m still doing the workout. if you have any questions feel free to ask in the comments.

I started 4 days ago :)) I do the exercises two times a day day 1: pretty difficult,, felt a bit wobbly when I was walking around after day 2: easier but still hard,, felt a small amount of pain in my legs day 3: a lot better, already started to see results day 4: I looked at my legs and actually see a difference,, I can do the whole exercise with no breaks now :) I’ll keep you guys updated 💘

I’ll update weekly: starting date: 7/26 I’ll do this for three weeks Week 1: THIS SOOOOO WORKS!!!!! I use to have about 22 in thighs and now I have about 19 in, I’m soo happy with how this is working on my thighs. Also I didn’t do the lunge jumps because those can make your legs bulky and I didn’t want that. I got used to this workout so if after I do the workout and my inner thigh doesn’t burn I do the leg lateral lifts again. My legs feel like they are gonna fall off but it’s all good because I lost about 4 in off my thighs. I bought jeans yesterday and now they are loose. I can’t thank you enough. See you in a week! Please send motivation!!! Week 2: ahhhhhhh, this workout does work, but I see a lot of change in my lower thigh and not lot in my upper thigh but it’s all good, I also am going to do the leg lateral lifts and leg circles again after the workout and do 30 of the leg circles after the workout. Faith T tomorrow is the mark of two weeks, so that’s great, I happy someone is reading this, I’m going for three weeks, I have started going to the gym and running 2 miles every other day but if you can’t do that it’s completely fine, it does really work, I would recommend doing this workout day and night for three weeks, also in the first week I added twenty more leg lateral lifts (each leg) after doing the whole workout to get the burn in my inner thigh, then in the second week keep doing what your doing but add twenty more leg circles (each leg)on top of the extra twenty leg lateral lifts. You can do it!

Day 1: I did it. I’m gonna try to update daily, if I don’t, sorry. My legs are burning, but it feels good. It definitely went faster than expected, which is good. When I tried to stand up I almost tripped. My legs were giving out. Day 2: A lot easier to get through the fire hydrants. That’s the part that drains me the most. I’m starting to see a tiny bit of progress, but it might be my mind playing illusions. I’m not as out of breath as I was yesterday, but I still swayed a bit when I walked. I’ll definitely do this tomorrow. Day 3: A LOT easier. I’m seeing results. When I look in the mirror I can see the wall, inbetween my legs 😃 this super works. It may be hard, but it’ll get easier, and it’s worth it.

(August 12) So, it's been a week and I've done this workout 6 times so far. It's going pretty wel. I'm not sure if there are any results yet. My legs (mostly my calves) seems to be smaller, but as I said, I'm not sure. My calves now are 34/35 cm (that's 17 inch I think) and I will do the workout another week (probably more). Okay sooo we all want a glow up so get that dream body. Day 1: ✅ Holly sh*t that was intense I thought I will give up after the second part. But kept pushing. 😨 Day 2: ✅ girl this is crazy my heart rate always. 📈 Day 3: ✅ Its so intense like girl slow down. 😕 Day 4: ✅ Its still fast but I kinda see some progress. 😌 Day 5: ✅ Okay I’m getting better I wasnt so close to run out of breath. 😄 Day 6: ✅ I was so tired today, but didnt skip it. 🥳 Day 7: ✅ I can see a little change in my thighs. 😃 Day 8: ❌ school stress and bad day long story short I had to skip. 😖 Day 9: ✅ just one day skip and it was harder. 😂

oml this workout really kills your legs like wow. I couldn't walk for days after but it's totally worth it, I promise my thighs actually look slightly thinner. Don't give up guys, it really works, good luck guys.

@@faitht7956 if you put a lot of work into it, i promise u it works. Just keep trying, you'll eventually see the results, u just gotta be patient. I tried it for 2 weeks and I can already see that my thighs got slightly slimmer, im gonna keep carrying on cos i want them to be super skinny. Honestly, u should keep using this workout it works.

@@faitht7956 oh also if you want super quick results do the workout twice a day or more if you want and stick to a clean and healthy lifestyle which means eating healthy. One tip is just dont do the diets, they dont work instead just try to change your lifestyle and just slowly start to cut out the processed foods. I hope this helps!

Lol I did this exercise yesterday and just now and I didn't even realize that I've done the whole work out till the video just ended. I was like " wait that's it " My legs are on fire. This is a really good work out ❤ I'm motivated

I did this for 3x every day, and saw results quick, I also ate dor breakfest wheat bread, with egg, turkey, and lettuce, including tea. I skipped one workout day and just focused on my diet. It really tones your legs, mabye i could do a blog about it 😍

i’m gonna update!! i’m doing this workout for two weeks and gonna see the results! day 1 : VERY hard. i didn’t expect to barely be able to walk after lol. my legs are sore! day 2 : no easier, still pretty hard and leaves me dying on the ground afterwards. not a whole lot of difference but definitely makes me feel better about my legs. day 3 : definitely easier to finish. my thighs feel very tight and sore. no difference yet lol. day 4 : feeling awesome about being able to do this without skipping one!! i definitely feel better about how tight my thighs are!! day 5 : i didn’t struggle as much doing this as i usually do. i feel as though it went by much faster and i also got asked if i was working out!! feel so much better. day 6 : definitely sore but my thighs feel so hard! when i flex it makes it so obvious that i’ve been progressing! day 7 : been doing this for a week already!! getting WAYY easier and i’m not as tired as usual.

I can't estimate that precisely, but I'm gonna tell you what I have been doing that made my legs look fit. I'm a 15 year old boy at the moment. I started training aikido at 11. That martial art involves a lot of movement, which helps develop leg muscles. And on top of that, my trainer was really harsh and he was giving as a punishment of 500 squats when we do something he sees wrong. I stopped going to aikido at 13 because I moved schools and because I didn't like going there because of those punishments. I think the whole aikido thing made my legs muscular and I'm kinda glad that I went there, despite getting punished. I started doing these exercises like a year ago and I've been doing them like 5 days in a row then do nothing about my legs for next 20 days. I've been doing these exercises just to keep my legs good looking and possibly make them even stronger. That's all I can explain about this. Hope I helped :)

My leg workout: Run upstairs/downstairs to the fridge Grab your favorite snack(This works the arms) Walk to the couch Sit(This is like a squat but better) Grab remote and turn tv on(Good for the pointer finger) Open your snack(Works hands) Eat(Improves mouth muscles, eliminating a double chin)

Hey guys! I’m going to do this work out every day for 14 days. I’m going to report it here every day. I have pretty large thighs that I’m super insecure about. I have larger thighs and shorter legs, considering I’m 5’8 and 16 years old, otherwise I’m pretty good shape and I’ve been doing Gabby’s workouts for almost 3 years. Day 1: I’ve found that I have very bad balance for the first two workouts and have decided to slightly lean one of my arms on my wall just so I do the exercise right. It’s very painful for my thighs and I do not recommend wearing a hoodie while doing this lol! Definitely very challenging for the first day. Day 2: Still super challenging workout but I’m mainly trying to work on my form. I don’t see much change yet in my thighs but it’s only day 2. Hardest exercise for me is the lunge jumps but hoping they’ll get easier throughout these two weeks! Day 3: Definitely the hardest day so far. I couldn’t walk afterward and almost fell over lol. I think there is a slight difference in my thigh gap but the workout isn't getting any easier for me but hopefully, they do. Day 4: Today I noticed that I gained more visible thigh muscles and I’m also noticing that I’m having better form as I do the exercises as well! Definitely the hardest exercises for me are the lunge jumps and leg circles. Day 5: I was super out of breaTh after the lunge jumps and I do slightly fall behind Gabby but I always make sure I complete all the reps and eventually I will get better at it. That’s all for today. Day 6: The exercises are definitely getting easier for me and I have definitely noticed that my thighs have become more muscular! I’m super glad I’m noticing results this early on💜 Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14:

This actually worked! after around 7 or 8 days of doing it once a day I saw my legs starting to get toned, now I do it 3-4 times a week to maintain it!

@@loveyourself6574 i did slim them a little, although i would recommend you doing chloe tings workouts, as they are much more effective and you will see a difference way faster! She got some slimming down thigs workouts, adn they have worked so well for me!!
