I think I would have built the heaters in the iridium cave. Enough resources I think

I haven't bought the game because it didn't look very challenging. This video changes my mind. Loving the playthrough so far.

Cool video, I was hoping for a modded series of this game! Good thing there's a jetpack mod, your uranium runs will be brutal.

Yeah might be rough but once we get the vehicle and the jetpack we should be good.

I started in Grand Rift, but I missed the iridium cave there until later in my playthrough, so I'm not sure if it was blocked by ice or not. I'm pretty sure that the osmium cave was iced over. You can Skyrim horse your way into most of the iced over caves if you don't mind cheesing it.

Yeah going to have to check it out see if they are the same.

Hola Amigo. A thought for your consideration: Blue chests can be constructed outside. Why not construct platforms down the side of your base, and fill them with blue chests... that way every time you return to base, you could completely fill your inventory with whatever is on the way and not take up valuable interior real estate. I mean, you just know you're going to need everything at some point...

you can build all the heaters in the iridium cave - you don't have to haul them all back to your base.
@Pin-77 Жыл бұрын
Yeah you can just like to build them at the base to start with.

I would love to see this game come out for console as I play on PlayStation 4 and would play this as an alternative to the sims4

Yeah would be great, hopefully they can port it across to console when it's finished. 🤞

I haven't looked through to see what mods are available, but I can easily imagine that someone will eventually make a mod that just highlights and finds the distance for an ore you are looking for. you seem to think you are trapped, but you kinda can just make a stair case. another dude who was playing this game made a stair case to build height, which was way higher than any of the cliffs, mountains, or anything around where you are now. in this game, you can never truly be 'trapped' because you can just exploit the build height limit and stair case out of anywhere. also, you can always just plonk down the heaters and vege tubes where ever you get the resources for them, they aren't something you need to take with you back to your main base. in the future, constructing the heaters inside the iridium caves, or constructing the vegetubes where-ever you found seeds, would make far, FAR more sense, then taking the time, effort and mental energy to bring these things back with you to your main base. in a similar vein you should just put a blue-print monitor in every base, so you can always decrypt the blue chips, so you never have to take any blue chips back home with you.

Hes not trapped at all, theres an unblocked pathway out of the area from the start.

Why not build the heaters near the iridium cave? saves you a lot of hauling around stuff (and makes the inside of the base easier on the eye)
