Outstanding playing by Ghatam Giridhar Udupa. The range of sounds and complexity produced by a clay pot! Wow. Of course, the master Trichy Sankaran brought magic out of his Mridangam, as expected. It was an amazing performance by both! I see people trying to compare which one dominated, but these childish comparisons are not based in fact, and have nothing to do with music. The truth is that both these maestros gave an outstanding performance together, and we are blessed to be listening to their percussive magic!
