In this tutorial, you will see an implementation of the technique known as intensity-modulated photocurrent spectroscopy which is complementary to the DLOS and DLTS techniques. The MFIA is configured to record the light signal, and the current simultaneously, allowing the photocurrent signal to be acquired while the intensity of the light is modulated, and controlled by the MFIA.
