Thank you. I can teach you one on one. Let me know. Regarding the city wide scale model, it all depends on the modeling detail and the graphics card. There are many ways to tweak to run smoothly

It's incredible, did you use Unreal Engine 5 to make this? It would be really great if you did tutorials on how to do this, since nowadays many people want to learn, and I think it would be a great opportunity for you to become known through tutorials on how to do this!

It can be. But it could be costlier. There are many service providers. Still it is costly in my view.
