Thank you for such a valuable lesson on idioms. I really like the way you CUT TO THE CHASE. Now that I've learned those I'm ON CLOUD NINE. In fact, there is no CUTTING CORNERS when it comes to learning a language. I first CUT MY TEETH on idioms when I was 18 and after a few years struggling to learn most of them, I was AT MY WITS' END. But we need to GIVE OURSELVES SOME SLACK for not knowing many of the idioms because there are just too many. Learning a language is a painstaking process. You can't just FLY BY THE SEAT OF YOUR PANTS because you can GET THE WRONG END OF THE STICK. Learning idioms are fun and we should always GIVE IT A WHIRL. If you can't seem to improve your English like me, just GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD and HIT THE BOOKS. Does it RING ANY BELLS? Please TAKE MY COMMENT WITH A PINCH OF SALT. Just being silly here. 😅

Thank you, Mr. Wes. It's quite advanced selection and excellent comments of every single idiom. Don't be deeply surprised, but accept my special appreciation for your properly shaved face. Recently a male face without an ugly beard is quite rare on KZbin.
