99 cent per email resolution where OpenAI pricing $2.50 / 1M input tokens. Email size not more than 500 characters ~ 300 tokens. So, the margin on those emails is approximately 99.92%.

GPT is just a language model. It is not designed to resolute your customer's problems. It cannot help your support team either. So, the price you're paying at Intercom is for solving customers' problems, not just generating content or answering question generally which LLMs do.
