Hi there, the whole thing was designed in a CAD program. the wheels and screws are made on my lathe, the handle is welded together and the post is machined on a milling machine. Then the whole thing is heat treated and hardened in a furnace before final assembly and testing. Many thanks.

how is the screw pushing on the wheel being turned, wouldnt that make it hard to turn? would love to see the internal design?

Hi there, I am not sure what you mean, you only bead the end of the pipe to stop the flexible blowing off.

I mean putting a bead in the middle of the pipe or a bead every inch or so on the pipe.

+ran dom Hi, I don't know what type of beader you would need for this. perhaps a local engineering firm could help. the number of beads would be determined by the throat of the machine.
