Typical intercostal nerves (T3-T6) 1- between parietal pleura and internal intercostal membrane 2- from angle of rib til costochondral junction between internal thoracic and innermost thoracic muscles 3- anteriorly: between parietal pleura and internal thoracic muscle ** branches : 1- at the level of rib angle gives lateral cutaneous branch that pierce the three muscles and divides into anterior and posterior branches 2- runs in the costal groove and gives collateral branch that supplies the upper border of the rib below 3- anteriorly : gives anterior cutaneous branch which pierces the internal thoracic muscle and external (anterior) intercostal membrane and divides into medial and lateral branches

Posterior arterial supply of thoracic wall : * only one artery then gives a collateral branch to run on the upper border of the rib below 1- the 1st & 2nd intercostal spaces are supplied by superior intercostal artery a branch from costocervical trunk from the 2nd part of subclavian artery 2- 3rd to 11th intercostal spaces are supplied directly by intercostal single branches from the descending thoracic aorta and then they each give a collateral branch 3- the subcostal artery : runs on the lower border of the 12th rib

Atypical intercostal nerves : * T1 : joins the brachial plexus and gives anterior cutaneous branch * T2 : becomes the intercostobrachial cutaneous nerve which supplies upper medial side of the arm and skin of axilla * lower 6 intercostal nerves (T7 - T12) : Supply the intercostal muscles and the anterior and lateral wall of the thorax and then pass between costal slips of the diaphragm to supply muscles of anterior abdominal wall

Anterior arterial supply is by internal thoracic a. A branch of the 1st part of subclavian artery _BRANCHES : 1- gives 2 intercostal arteries for each of the upper 6 intercostal spaces 2- pericardiophrenic 3- perforating branches for chest wall and breast 4- at the level of 6th intercostal space it divides into musclophrenic and superior epigastric branches 5- the 7th ,8th & 9th intercostal spaces are supplied by musculophrenic artery

كان ي مكان هناك فنترال ريمس نيرف اند دورسال نيرف خرجو من بيتهم سباينل ثوراسك نيرف عشان يشتغلو الدرسل نيرف خارج خارج البلاد وماغذى الثوراكس لاكن فنترال ريمس قال لا انا هشتغل في الثوراكس في أول مسار حياته كان مابين سكتين بلورا اف ذا لنج اند ميمبرين انترنال انتر كوستل مسكل ومشا مابينهم الى لماشاف علامه انجل اف ذا رب عرف الطريق ونزل للجروف اف ذا كستل بعدين حصل نفسه مابين شركتين حلوه انر موست انتر كوستل مسكل والانترنال انتر كستل مسكل واشتغل هناك وبعدين اتحول الى مابين انترنال انتر كستل مسكل و ميمبرين اف ذا اكسترنال انتر كستل مسكل ولاكن عداهم الى ان وصل واخترق البكتورال مأجور مسكل وكان له الكثير من الانجازات خلال فترة عمله ومشاريعه هي كنتنوس لترال انتر كستل برانش وكول لترال برانش والمسكل برانش والانتريور برانش وقلدوة بعض زمايله في شغله وكان الذي عملوا مثله من الثالث الى السادس ولاكن هناك من تخلفوا عنه واشتغلوا مجالات حلوة كمان في بلدهم مثلآ الى طلع الأول من الكستل فرح ورفع راسه فوق ليدعي وبعد فتره قصيره التقى مع برايكل بلكسز وكونو ,C5,C7,C8, T1 وكان له إبداعات في شغله بس ماكون الكنتنوس لترال برانش كان رقم اثنين يتفرج بس شاف انه في نقص وحرمان ل كنتوس لترال نيرف عشان كذا كون لترال برانش كبير غذا بلكسز وفلور ميديل اف ذا ارم وكون انتر كوستو براكيل نيرف بينما من رقم من سبعه الى اثناعشر نزلو من سلايبس كوستو فرنك عشان يروحو المحافظات الساحلية الي هي البطن وغذو مسكل والسكن ابدومنل. تحيه من ارض اليمن.
