Sho Ken not sure you watched Ryusoulger or not but imma say the point anyway =u= The main point of that monster was like countering the main team, at the time, the team just got MeraMera soul (Fire base power armor), so monster is countering them, so Ryusoul Gold arrive with his BiliBili Soul (Electric base power armor) countering the water monster Ryusoulger was fun to watch, that I can still kinda remember the main stuffs in the series, and that meant a lot from a guy that’s super forgetful like me XD

Been watching the old super sentai. Gotta tell you adding a sixth ranger was a genius. It gives a chance for the team to grow. Not the mentioned, sixth rangers are unpredictable they could start off a hero or a villain.

Pre-Gokaiger 6th rangers got done really dirty a lot of the time. First of all, at least before Timeranger they were rarely there except for a couple of ground fights and the mech battle. Secondly they weren’t even given a proper spot in the opening until Gaoranger. Thirdly, before Gokai Silver, a lot of the 6th rangers didn’t really feel like they were a part of the team but rather a glorified power-up. I think Bouken Silver got it the worst. He had his own spot in the opening but it was like three seconds. He only got one mech and wasn’t given a machine for Dai Voyager and worst of all, in the Boukenger Vs Super Sentai special, despite doing most of the heavy lifting in that special, he was stuck on the ground while the core team took out the main villain. He was the best part of that show and Toei did him so dirty!
