When discount a/c raise when we need to write that

If there is discount nd premium on redemption both..that is case where company suffer loss.. bcoz company issued debenture in discount nd redeem also in premium..so whole loss is adjusted in only 1a/c..that is LOSS ON ISSUE OF DEBENTURES..nd discount a/c will not be open...
