Well done - good video. As someone who knows economics your video will help a lot of people get the right mortgage - for me repayment is my first choice for non investors . A home to live in and repay the loan so you can enjoy life

with interest only u owe the bank for the rest of ur life? isnt that bad on the long run if u have to pay them still in 50 years if you could have just payed it off and get more profit

Yes but if you’re just paying interest only across the 30 year term, in 30 years time you can refinance or sell the property for what would most likely be a profit compared to what you paid 30 years prior
