​@@WolfesWorldthat is so epic and I wanna say I love that u do what I do and really watch there behavior a lot of people say stupid shit like oh he is kissing me and give them human interaction and emotions now don't get me wrong they absolutely have emotions however it's diff then ours and they show it diff and I personally love watching my animals and figuring out what they are trying to tell me and pin pointing their specific behaviors I love that u take the time to do this

@@WolfesWorld, I’ve always read about monitors being one of the smartest animals on the planet. I have never gotten to see one other than on KZbin, but on the monitor channels I follow they ALL seem as though they are somehow able to smell and understand things that other reptiles would never figure out. Their hunting skills do seem superior to almost all other reptiles! 👍🦎🤔🔥

The African monitors are very much alike. My 3yr old Savannah monitor does the same thing when I let her walk around in the backyard. She checks out everything...stops to listen...then starts digging around. I’m always right next to her to make sure she doesn’t eat something she’s not supposed to. But she always finds a worm or a small snail or just the snail shell. It’s pretty amazing how intelligent all of these monitors are !
