Great movie. i watched this movie for 20 times those days. I was 15years old when this movie was released. whoever goes to watch this movie I used to go with them. Really wonderful movie...No double meaning dialogues... No fightings... No obscene scenes.....No exposure..... Spotless and very clean movie. Very big hit in those days.... Almost more than 60% of telugu speaking people watched this movie. Can you expect this type of movie these days? ANR's action is ultimate in this movie.

This film released in 1981 was a sensational industry hit movie. It has broken all the previous records collection wise and runwise. It created wonderful records in silver jubilees, 200 days, 300 days and a maximum run of 380 days in regular shows in Vijaya talkies, Guntur. The film has shown the maximum stamina of TELUGU FILM. The producers got a share of 30 times for their investment which was a record. Even till today, only two films BALARAJU in 1948 and Premabhishekam in 1981 are the films which ran more than a year in the released theatre in regular shows. NABHUTHO NABHAVISHYATHI.

By the time this film is released some time in 1981 Feb., By that time NTR Gajadonga and Krishna's Ooiki Mongaadu both released in Jan1981 before and After Sankranthi and drawing good collections...Once this movie is relased, the collections of all other movies were severely effected..I remember this movie hadvran with all shows house full for 100 days in Rajahmandry, where I am doing my Msc first year..
