Interesting First Time Reaction Dark Sarah - Dance with The Dragon

"Dark Sarah" is a story spanning 3 albums. Heidi Parviainen (female vocalist) developed a story where at the beginning a woman is getting married, but the future husband never shows up at church. And after that, this woman turns into the character "Dark Sarah" and the albums follow her adventures. A bit like Alice in Wonderland... There are many guest singers in different roles in different songs (many only for one song): Manuela Kraller (character Fate), Inga Scharf (character Queen of No Good), Van Canto (backing vocals), Tony Kakko (character The Moon), Juha- Pekka "JP" Leppäluoto (character The Dragon), Charlotte Wessels (character Evil Siren Mermaid), Zuberoa Aznárez (character Iron Mask), Marko Hietala (character White Beard) and Netta Skog (character Fortune Teller).

Siren/mermaid, serious question, how's that work. Sirens are half bird. If you just mean a mermaid that lures people to the rocks, thats a mixed myth. Just saying but maybe you know something I dont

Thank you very much for reacting to Dark Sarah!! Too few have found her amazing music and voice!!! They both have long and successful careers. And this is a match made in heaven. Seen them live and that is exactly what you get. JP. Leppäluoto is a one of the best "heavy" heavy vocalists in the World. Otherwise he would not be a member of the greatest Heavy Quartet ever with Marko from Nightwish, Jarkko Ahola, the male Floor, Toni Kakko from Sonata Arctica, also many times a special guest for Nightwish and performed as a vocalist with Nightwish. JP is also a founding member of "Heavy Christmas" / Raskasta Joulua combo/collaboration with Floor, Marko, Tarja Turunen, Jarkko Ahola, Toni....and everybody that are somebody in Finland or in the World of Heavy/Rock vocalists. This is like a part of a story and there are other great Finnish vocalists in those other parts. Best Regards from Finland! Ps. I highly recommend a "band" called "Powerless Trio" with JP., Marko and Ari Koivunen. Acoustic versions, like "I see fire"....etc.

First of all, I love how their voices are blending together, and both of them have voices I like to listen to. - This song is from the second album of Dark Sarah. The three albums form a story. An interesting concept. I have enjoyed also the music videos they have made, like following a fairy tale :)

First time seeing your channel. I love this song and video. I randomly discovered it on KZbin one day and then went down a rabbit hole. Dark Sarah is the female and JP Leppäluoto is the guy and they are separate artists that collaborated I believe. They have maybe 3 songs together that Ive seen and it seems like they are almost like a movie trilogy or something. This song and videos my fave but the others are good too.

On the final album of Dark Sarah's first trilogy, The Golden Moth, JP Leppäluoto temporarily joined as a full-time band member so he is actually on every song of that album! He only remained in the band for that album, but he still collaborates on a song for all their new releases so far.
