6:00 Your did admirable research in regards to love triangles. But how in the world is Schierke becoming sexually aware? She can't be anymore than what, 10 or 11? And even though Isidro might have a slight crush on her, how do we know they end up together? I doubt it. I don't know if this is the Japanese ethos seeping into Berserk, but no one in the series has ever said "I love you." It's really left implicit.

Sherike very obviously has a crush on Guts and people don't just become sexual aware, it's a gradual process. Also, the fact that male and female main party characters were added at similar times while being similar ages is basically all the evidence you'll ever need for them to end up together. Plus, Ishidro can't be much older than Sherike and he's always trying to sneak into baths to see Casca's boobs, so it's a little hypocritical to be hesitant to realise sexaul feelings in young girls as they develop, but be completely ok with tropes designed around young boys doing exactly the same thing.

Readers have known Casca to be a bit of a "battle ax" as a Commander, but I don't see her being "catty" in regards to Farnese. More likely Casca will just stifle any resentment...unless Farnese makes a gross advance on Guts. If you read Volume 17, you know what I'm referring to. 😅 I just don't see Farnese and Casca comimg to blows, and Farnese certainly does not want any of that smoke.

not come to blows physically, but the teased jealousy has to come out in some way, and I think Farnese will definitely be portrayed as the bad guy in their would-be altercations and Casca would be the sympathetic one who doesn't entirely understand what's going on. Casca doesn't realise she's woken up into a world and an environment where has become quiet desirable to many women.

@@KyleEntertainment He's not too far off. Farnese is ファルネーゼ with every consonant and vowel (except u) voiced, so the e at the end is not silent; [farneeze]. Schierke is シールケ, [shiirke].

@@LordMune I wasn't making an actual point, I think anyone can say it however they want it's as subjective as anything else. But Far-nese-ee is the worst name in the history of existence and my queen will never be called such a thing.

​@@KyleEntertainment Actually, I'm not wrong. Schierke is phonetically spelled like "Shiruke" in Japanese but that's because it's the closest possible approximation Japanese can get to Schierke. Miura himself romanizes her name in English as Schierke in the bio pages of each volume even in the Japanese version. It's Schierke. Sheer-keh. And with Farnese, it's an actual Italian name and it's pronounced like I said. For further proof, it's written as in Japanese ファルネーゼ (Farunēze -- again, the closes approximation to the Italian name that is possible in Japanese). Please don't tell me I'm "sooooooo wrong it hurts" when you legit have no clue what you're talking about. All that does is lead to others becoming completely misinformed simply because you decided that you were right before even checking to see if you were. I complimented you on the video, but frankly you're kinda being a dick for telling me I'm completely wrong when I, in fact, am not.

I really liked this chapter, even though I don't have any other chapters to compare to. I feel a re read is mandatory in the near future. I am really liking where the series is headed and the plot points that will come from it. Also great video, you really condensed your thoughts well and still got out a lot of good points of a small dense chapter. I personally prefer this style of chapter reviews.
