I’m going to say something that’s probably unpopular, once a divorce is filed, each party is responsible for being grownups and if one gets the house, then you better make sure you can pay the bills on it. If it was bought jointly, then sell it split potential profit, and both responsible for joint bills 50/50. You both got a second mortgage, so each responsible. But when it comes to retirement accounts, split them 50/50 if both contributed to the account. You both are idiots to have leans on the house, IRS, second, etc…
