FINALLY! A video that doesnt have stupid music. We got to hear the actual sounds of the machinery, tools, processes, etc. Easily got my thumbs up!

Какие бы предприятия не просматривал в видео роликах, везде потрясающая слаженность , четкость, и профессионализм. Смотреть и смотреть.... Побольше пояснений к процессам и материалу из которого изготавливается то или иное приспособление, вещь и т.д.

The Amber blocks/bags is glue. The white pellets is virgin plastics for injection moulding products.

One of my first jobs was for an injection mold factory in Lexington ky when I was younger. Worked in material and handling. Racks of gaylord's filled with all types of plastics, nylons, rubber, some would be loose beads and some in bags just like the video. We'd weigh out color dye on a scale and mix it with the clear beads to color certain parts. That job was one of the hardest places I've ever worked. Considering I was responsible for grinding every bit of excess plastic from each injection mold machine as well as making sure each machine had material. My boss was a real quiet guy who would make you feel like you never could do anything right, always had something to say but didn't do a damn bit of work himself ha. I'll never forget the one day he told me I was a good kid and that he wouldn't know what to do without me. Too bad words can't pay the bills because no way in hell I'd work there the rest of my life at $7.95 an hour in a 150° factory. Glad those days of factory work are behind me.

we are amazed at what gets made and the processes, yet never think about the minds (genius) of the people who invent the machines that do it.

I have been watching quite a few of these South Korean videos and I have to say they are very interesting. However, they would be even better if they would have some comments!
@hoperp195111 ай бұрын
Yes, 100% agree excellent videos but a commentary with detail of each stage, what is happening, the process is sadly missing. Please add a commentary if possible.
