The right answer is Bijapur. The model of Charminar was designed and constructed in Bijapur along with Taj Mahal and Bibi ka maqbara. It was miniature and the same big structure was implemented in Hyderabad and taj mahal in Agra and Bibi ka maqbara in Aurangabad.

Yes , people of older generation,use to talk about this , even l had the opportunity of playing on this structure,it was in good condition, now it is in deplorable condition , the structure was definitely , Persian architecture, there were minars on all sides, this structure is called choukhandi, with dwarf size minarets,all around, This spot and this place ,I have played for more than a decade,in my childhood days, early 1960_70, many chaukhandis were around the city, including ,dabeerpura,, santosh nagar...... Many of my known persons,are buried here, including my paternal grandfather,. I don't think the information about the Charminar model is authentic, no historical proof, it's just a relay information through different generations,by the non authorities, of history, architecture and.....if you can get some information please share.... the information must be based on facts related.

Further the same structure houses graves, which is confined to the elite families, for the burials of their family members, the same is existing at many places,in and around tank bund, Hussain Sagar on the Karbala maidan side,o the same period.the concept of the model and location does not carry any authentic information, just myths.
