As long as your chasca is built, and the party member is from pyro, hydro, electro & cryo element, she'll be able to infuse her attacks with those elements. Because her charged atk dmg is from her, not the party member

I have her at lv 90 with teammates barely 20 and she can clears the exploration really well. Do keep in mind I'm outside of natlan and she's doing great.
