Great Videos. I have Same version Of X8 complier and MPLabe X IDE,. But still __delay_ms(500) does not work!. for me Only works _delay(500) then in Proteus interval is not accurate even i have configure Clock Frequency Correctly.

May be sometimes this may occur as it is not most accurate delay function u can use it for rough delay generation purposes in your program

i m not getting proper delay seconds in hardware , for example if i provide 1000 ms , it will take more than 4000 ms in hardware realtime....

Can you please configure crystal freq properly as same in hardware and software it would also make difference.
