Great video, Diana! Very good, helpful information. I am amazed how well you were able to edit this so beautifully. Wow, 300,000 light years!!

Hi Denis! Thank you! This was a tough one. The background got me crazy 😅. I have 3 more good ones coming up. I am photographing targets that are not popular. I am always thankful for your support and comments! Diana ❤️

Yes it is challenging when you get that kind of background. But you are well equiped with good softwares and good experience! I remember last year you said you would be targeting star clusters. Sometimes they are not very spectacular like nebulas, but still, they are special. I'm planning to finish installing my Celestron SLT127 Mak in a small observatory this spring, all controlled from my house. So I'll be able to target some small marvels of the sky! Bye

Hi David! I used Sequence Generator for a long time and liked it but the constant updates made it impossible for me. I was getting many errors . What do you use?

Oh, lo siento mucho, que mejore pronto tu mamá. Yo bien, un poco ocupado con algunos cursos de postgraduate, pero siempre sacando tiempo para la astronomía y el canal. Saludos

You can minimize many steps by just making platesolve to any object you want I suggest you use ASTAP as a platesolver, instead of using sharpcap and syncing with stellarium=)
@yourfavoriteastronerd8 ай бұрын
Ahhhhhh! I have ASTAP, so do the plate solve when in the process? I appreciate your advice . Diana
@Calzune8 ай бұрын
@@yourfavoriteastronerd yea, just påen your target in the framing tool and press solve the platesolve button ( I don't remember what's it's called but you can't miss it)

In not great in processing for my sun picture i used asi studio and thats good enough for me i know its not pretty for everybody but it is for me
@yourfavoriteastronerd8 ай бұрын
Hi David, I haven't used ASI for editing. I have, but I never used it. I need to check on that. These images were complicated. I had to do a lot of "magic" to remove the background gradients. Can you do that on ASI? Thanks for your time and comment! Diana
