its average aldwin based on my experience. yung iba mas mataas pa, meron namanng iba na mas mababa. mga factors na nag dedefine ng cost 1. professional fee - Design Fee 2. the actual construction a. cost of labor and materials b. the brands and the specification of the materials / furniture / appliances and accessories na gagamitin. 🤓
