I have watched all your videos and the interior works quality are way above standard. The moldings the gypsum the wood work is all done to a superior level. The paint guy however may need to improve on his final details, to give the overall experience of fine urban an A++.

The huge kitchen could've done great with an island in the center to make use of all the emptiness. Granite countertops to add value and class too, and finally a sleek backsplash to break the monotony of the greyish white color.

I love the kitchen, the fittings the cupboards,although the countertop is not to my liking i think it was well thought out.I like the way the colums and the chandaliers in the house give it a vintage vibe yet modern so tasteful, The fire place is in the right place, The staircase so dramatic in a beautiful way i like it.The top of the stair case where they will put their laundry i would put an artwork just to continue the beautiful drama as you go up the stairs it will be good to meet with art on that plain wall. the laundry can be put somewhere else.The walk in closet was done well excellent the functionality aesthetic was well thought and the chandalier.The master bathroom is beautiful but i would have put more light on the mirrors on top of the vaity just so that you can see your face properly, the toilet i feel should not be the first thing you walk in and see,maybe the toilet should have been facing the wall towards the shower and have the vanity much closer to sort of block the view of the toilet. The addition of the bath tub was great must have. But i understanding you were also thinking of functionality.
