Actually we have purchased those laminates from our local ply vendor / studio so there is no particular brand we use for laminates. For this type of 2bhk total cost for carpentary, electrical,false ceiling and wall color work will goes around 13.5 -14 lakhs.

We mostly prefer velvet or linen for sofa fabric. But you can go for leather sofa also
