Sir do you accept work for Cebu sana? I love this type of design sana for my unit. I was kinda disappointed kc i really thought living space is 22sqm plus the balcony, turned out na 18sqm lng pala living area. Now na gustuhan ko to na design at my pag asa pa makuha yung gusto ko like this one. How much estimate cost rin sana Sir?

SMDC condos are a joke. Very small

That's why they're the perfect units to remodel. For the owners, it's an additional expense though.
