Just be sure to test green star I used the 1:10 dilution on a Toyota venza door panel and it left white stain panels where cold and no it the sun

Does Pol Star work as a vinyl cleaner aswell? I've come around some vids where people explain that you will need a Leather & Vinyl cleaner instead of a Leather cleaner only so it'll be more useful.

Yeah it works on vinyl just fine! A 10:1 dilution is great. Plus with the product being around ph neutral its rather gentle on delicate surfaces. I think the only surface that ive ran into some issues is nav screens and even then I just cleaned it off with some glass cleaner.

@@untappeddetails3257 Thanks for your comment! I normally use Green Star in the dilution rate from 1:10 to 1:20 in a foamer on nav screens or else i use a glass cleaner aswell.

That's cool. Do you need to wash off pol star or green star with water when doing your interior? Are there 2 or 3 products you could recommend for the outside? I don't want to spend a fortune buying wheel cleaners, bug removes, iron removers, tar removers, special wheel brushes, snow foam, shampoo, stripping shampoo, paint prep lubricant, IPA panel wipes, sealant, glass cleaner etc. I was thinking maybe I just need a snow foam that will work as a shampoo, lubricant, glass cleaner, wheel cleaner. Then just a iron remover, clay towel and sealant. I could use the Green star as a wheel cleaner too. Can green star also be a snowfoam / shampoo / lubricant for your paint?

I have never had issues with GS leaving residue or staining and PS is made to leave some UV protection behind.

Greenstar does foam pretty well and works grest on the exterior as a pretreat for bugs and does an ok job on tires and wheels as well. IDK if i would use it as a stand alone car soap though.

I use spray bottles and I also use the small foam bottles that give me those 2 products in a nice foam.

With Pol Star do you wipe with a dry microfiber? Or do you need to use a damp one to get residue off? P&S xpress is terrible with leaving residue on so I’m curious

Dry towel wipe. Ive never had any residue or streak issues.

Dilute Xpress 1:1 or more and it will help with streaking

Yes green star is great for that! Just make sure to use proper dilutions! Im not sure about MZR though. I dont think we even have that over here.

I would say that ive never had issues with it staining or damaging any plastics or other materials. As long as its diluted appropriately you should he fine. Just from my experience though.

Yes, just use a lower dilution like 1:15 or 1:20. Just remember it won't leave any protection behind like pol star idf that's something you want

@@untappeddetails3257 This worked great it removed the shine from the wheel. I have some leather specific protectants so the protection in Pol Star isn't needed in my case

@@untappeddetails3257 Isn't virtually all leather in cars these days covered with a layer of polyurethane? so is the protection really needed, I feel most of these leather protectors add shine and make it greasy.

@goata007 yeah most modern leather is coated from the factory. I just kind of look at it like how we put protection over clearcoat. I'd rather the protection take the abuse to help longevity. I stay away from any greasy and oily products myself as well haha
