Ordered these mounts…I used the rivet also and it works great. Used metal curtain rods and curtains off Amazon ( two panels per window that push to the sides). No need for bar at bottom. The curtains hang and are flush enough to wall. Much better than those annoying blinds! Thanks again for this video!

Ingenious idea to use PVC pipe instead of the flimsy curtain rod. If you ever need to replace these, I used a painter's drop canvas for our curtains. You need to bleached it for a long period and wash it in hot water. It turned out looking like raw silk. I spent a whole $15 on all the curtains. Thanks again for the video, I really appreciate them!

I like the simplicity of the design it’s a nice set up. Do you have the liberty version of the Casita? That’s what mine looks like I think I don’t know how you can sleep on such a narrow bench? I just went to a fiberglass camper rally in Quartzsite Arizona. One couple showed me pictures of their custom bunks. They added about 6 inches of width and made custom mattresses. I just think the independence version of the Casita is too narrow denial. I have size 12 foot, and it’s really hard to turn around in that narrow gap. How wide are your bunks?

Yes, we have the liberty version. I have seen where people have widened the bunks to give more room. Effectively they just made an independent model without the storage space under the bunks. This would give you more room for your feet, but you still have to squeeze between the bunks to walk. Our mattresses are 24 inches wide. I am 5’ 9” and my wife is 5 foot.
