Did you uses layer mask? 10:50 and 13:50 I just fill black color for layer mask, need hide furniture from plan

S Photoshop Architecture thanks for reply. I used the marquee tool and drew the rectangle, then went to the layer mask and used the brush tool to fill it. It worked . But You did it without brush tool , how ?

When I select by Magic Wand tool, selection not only white area I use Pen tool make an path and use command Ctrl Alt Enter for load and subtract toilet area Ctrl Enter for load selection by path, so I also use Shift or Alt for Add and Subtract
