I'm a 54 year native of Tampa, Florida. It snowed in the Tampa Bay area in the late 70s and again in 1989. In 89 I got in my car to leave for work, as soon as I pulled out of the driveway onto the blacktop my car slid sideways off the road into the ditch across the street and it was then that I decided I don't need a job that bad 😁. I was in elementary school when it snowed in the 70s but I remember we didn't have to go to school that day! I know most Floridians would probably disagree but being a native and someone who gets tired of the constant heat, I would enjoy the winter if it snowed for one week between Christmas and New Year's.

Ok so yall have been living in it awhile. Here is the 64 dollar question. What would you do diffrent if you had it to do over again. And how would you do things differently. I moved and remodeled an old 1900s house. Funny ideas i had at the time..i wish i had done a few things different. That hine sight thing. Lol. Enjoy all your videos. We got 8 plus inches of snow in South West Ga. Beautiful, lasted longer than ever b4. But glad it dont happen often.

This question is ahead of time in your sequence. I have a 6'3" ceiling. Is it possible to install a mini split in the V and how would you build the header to attach it to?

Hi from snowy and frigid (-4 F) Ontario Canada! Not liking this weather anymore than you are I'm sure. Would you consider covering your thoughts on distributing weight in the trailer during the planning stage? Estimating the building materials, components and cargo seem difficult but critical to having a well balanced trailer with just enough tongue weight. Your rig has the fridge, mini split and complete kitchen in the nose while the fixed weight of the electrics are midship and I would assume you don't travel with much water on board. Did adding the hitch, carrier and E bikes change things as they came well after the construction? That's a lot I know but it might make a whole episode. Take care and stay warm!!

Okay the ledger stick you were talking about seems like a great idea , But you have different strips for side to side and the bath room !! What I am getting at is , did you only have one Ledger stick ? That sounds like it might have had a lot of different marks on that one stick .

Yes. We used one. But, a person can use 2, or even 3.

When you put your inner skins and floor/ ceiling in, do you leave a gap at top and bottom of the walls, and side to side on floor and ceiling for expansion, and contractions of your trailer?
@billanddeb10 күн бұрын
Yes. A little.
