Good day, thank you for the uploads , do you mean you paid Ghc 10,000 for exterior alone ? And 18,000 for the interior alone as well? This should sum it to Ghc 28,000 if I understand you chief. Kindly respond thanks

The Ghc 24,460 was the sum of the cost of 95 bags of cement (Ghc 6,469) and Ghc 18,000 for workmanship. And yes you’re right with the Ghc 10,000 for the exterior and Ghc 18,000 for the interior making it Ghc 28,000 for just the workmanship excluding material cost. ⁠@@Asanti12AsareHello dear,7 workers were used. Workmanship was Gh28,000 for both interior and exterior. 191 bags of cement at a cost of Ghc 12,988 were used and work got done in 3 weeks. Thanks for your support and I hope this helps you.

Hi, can you clarify something for me please. I’m in the process of plastering my 4 bedroom one storey building. The mason is charging 45000gh, 270 bags of cement and 4 trips of sand. Is this not outrageous?

Hello dear. Gh45,000 as labor for the plastering of the description of your project is way too much. I spent Gh28,000 as labor for plastering my 5Bedrooms house and less than 200 bags of cement were used. Also 3 trips of sand should be enough for your project. I understand location can affect your cost but the asking price and 270 bags of cement is certainly outrageous. If you don’t mind,you can share both my exterior and interior plastering videos with him and talk to him for reduction. Whatever the outcome maybe,feel free to reach out to me again and I will offer the best help I can. @@CITIZEN_ANDOH Thanks for your response, according to the one supervising the project, he said the burglar proof installation is part and they need to do some chiseling works as well. Per the estimation, it's about 85000gh for the whole job.

Thanks for your compliment.I was charged Ghc 18,000 for the interior.It involves all the dressings,a damp proof treatment which would be done very soon and the fixing of all window guides (Burglar Proof). I paid Ghc 10,000 for the exterior plastering as well. I hope this guides you and all the best with your project.

Not sure I heard the cost of plastering . I heard you paid your cousin 18k. I have received a quote From my contractor wanting 25k labour just for interior plastering and then 30k for materials. Sounds ridiculous. Can you please help me with your costs properly

@@legacyfootprint4461 Yes you are right.It cost me Ghc18000 for the interior plastering.My cousin is actually my builder.95 bags of cement were used for the interior and 3 trips of sand for both the interior and exterior and we had like half a trip of the 3 trips left.
