Brother, i buy a house and it is 14ys old, now i found used material is not good. Sabhi sariye foole hue h. Maine kafi architect or civil engineer se advice li h, sabhi ki different advice h like some advice to demolish the lanter slab and some said ki demolish ki koi zarurat nahi h.
