This workout was epic, thought i could hold my legs in a v-sit for the entire time but I witnessed my legs slowly lowering 😂. The pistol leg raises were also a great hip flexor challege. Thxs Summer. Also some p bars would be nice bc currently I’m using yoga blocks which hurt my wrist and p would definetly be useful for L sit pull thrus and tuck planche

I started your Calesthenics workouts on tuesday this week and now it's friday. I did the warm up, a beginners routine and beginner handstand but I didn't feel any soreness nor did I sweat despite giving my very best with every exercise. I worked out everyday and even had a rope skipping HIIT on two days before. So despite me being a complete beginner to Calesthenics I decided to move to an advanced routine and it's so much better. I can't hold a handstand and my arms are too weak for good push ups so I used a wall for the handstand and went on my knees for the push ups. The L-Stabd was hard and allthough I can do pistol squads normally, the intervall on the ground made me not being able to get up clean. This was a challenge and that is what I am here for. I will stick with this Routine until I master it 😊 The reason why I started with Calesthenics is because I need to get stronger for acrobatics. I wanna be a better base and I want to finally hold my handstand, therefore I chqllenge myself to become a more capable human and acrobat with Calesthenics. Maybe this will also help into getting some cool new walkover variations as well.

I’ve been dying for a pair of push up bars since I started watching your videos! I know it would help my push up gains like crazy. Still struggling to consistently hit 20 in every set and I’m always thinking about my wrist and hand placement! If I won it would totally be a game changer for me. Thanks as always for the incredible fitness content- so many women are inspired by your strength and positive attitude!

Hey Summer, thanks for all of your videos and your calisthenics community work! I'm into calisthenics for one year now and would love to evolve to advanced. Due to an injury in last winter it's hard for me to overstretch my wrist. So I believe p-bars and wristbands would be the perfect support, to push me to the next level. Also a big benefit for my goal to finally learn a handstand. Thank YOU for being here! 😊

Great workout as always! I’m a musician (🎻🎸) who’s recently started the calisthenics journey. I joined your handstand program in real time and I’m going over it again on demand. The two things I’ve been taking care of the most while learning all these skills are my hands and wrists, since playing my instruments depend on them. It would be awesome to have these bars to continue working on my cali skills while protecting my wrists a bit more by avoiding straining them too much on any given session (as I build up more strength). I’d probably be able to have longer sessions and they’d be great to challenge myself further in some areas too! 😊🤸🏻♀️

New to your channel the last month. I’m a retired (due to injury) circus aerial performer who also did acro. I need these push-up bars so I can start working on my L-sit at home! I’m not strong/mobile enough yet to do one from the floor, so having the pushup bars would be super helpful (: Plus, I’d love to be able to still do push-ups on the days when my wrists don’t want to cooperate.

Hey Summer! Thank you for another great content 🙂 I wish one day I will be able to kick up so easily to a handstands with both legs like you 😳 also, p-bars would be an awesome addition to my callisthenics game, I do all the exercises on my hands at home and sometimes use the pbars at the gym but there is only one pair and it’s often taken. Having my own pair would mean I can use them at home and outside of home for pbar only trainings or as an addition to my work out 🙈 and could learn to handstand on them to spice up my handstand game 😊 and do a pbar crow, core compression, l-sits, and learn a tuck Planche! I could increase range of motion of various exercises! So many possibilities 😮 I believe my wrists would thank me a lot! they would be a cool addition to my callisthenics routine! Best regards

First of all I love your channel, it gives me so much motivation. Secondly, I would really like to get a pair of pushup bars. I have been training calisthenics for about 1.5 years and still haven’t gotten any pbars as they are a bit too expensive. However I have been really tempted to get them to learn more moves with the extra height, like the l sit to handstand. I feel kind of stuck on those moves right now, as well as i would like to improve my range of motion on pushups etc.

They're just extended range of motion push-ups. The easier version is to do regular push-ups on the ground. The easier version of ground push-ups is incline push-ups. Hope that helps!
