I think everyone once has better and once worse Sundays. Paula seems to be a kind of perfectionist. From this story it can be concluded that everything is in our head. I know it's easy to say, but it's best not to worry and be positive. It's sometimes good to part with your phone for a while.

I think most people feel anxious because there is so much stress in our lives. Everything changes, nothing is constant. People are not sure about the future. They try to get rid of fear by consuming a lot of alcohol and eating all day. We binge watch TV shows to forget real life. And the stress didn’t depend on work days or weekends, it goes on constantly on a daily basis
