We talk slower and clearer for our intermediate and beginner stories :) Our C1 + stories are recorded at a more realistic speed of how British people talk in daily conversation.

@@LovelyEnglishStories The speed seems appropriate. To my taste, you are exaggerating the intonations, the way adults often find necessary when talking to toddlers. Your C1+ stories seems to be a little bit less affected, but still too much emotions. Does not always seem natural.
