I highly recommend to watch this video, Its easy to follow through, not redundant, very explanatory. I applied for an office job and after the interview I took an Word test and an Excel test. Great tutorial, thank you! A faster way for AutoSum is the shortcut: Alt =. This works for both column and row totals. These are the steps: 1.) Select the cell you want the sum to appear 2.) On your keyboard hold down the Alt key, then press the equals sign. It will add a SUM function to the cell, then press enter and the total will appear Another way to use the AutoSum shortcut is: 1.) Select the values you want to add 2.) On your keyboard hold down the Alt key, then press the equals sign and the total will appear When you do this method Excel will put the total in the cell after your selection. Furthermore, if you mouseover (hover over) the AutoSum symbol it tells you the keyboard shortcut. Hope this was helpful!
