I used a lot of info from you, and a select few others, to reach my goal. I was 190 and not feeling very good, but now I’m 149, and feel fantastic. I did it entirely with diet. No additional exercise. I intermittent fast for an average of 20 hours each day, but I eat a majority of low, or no carb foods. Strawberries, 2% and 5% Greek Yogurt, Salmon, Tofu, Cheese, cashews, walnuts, and sometimes salads with cucumber and tomatoes. It’s a double hardship for me, because I’m a vegetarian as well (though fish I do eat occasionally), so a lot of my diet is plant based… I definitely need a multivitamin, and take a vegetarian friendly one to help with nutritional gaps. Thanks for all your help, and your content! ❤

I have heard you say to cut out snacking, and give yourself a couple of hours in-between meals, but think for me adding in the snacks(based on p/f/f) will help me get my goals. Since January 2023 (because of a girl) I have been doing mainly carnivore. Then during lent 2023 I wanted to do the sacrifice so I chose to fast for most of the day and eat at night . That actually stuck post lent. That means I do OMAD carnivore. It’s great. I lost a ton of weight without much suffering. I still eat carbs in Sunday’s when I visit my parents or when I am on vacation. As to the girl who made me feel numb, well, she is still unattainable. However, I have gained a lot of confidence from the weight loss that I now believe that even the darkest cloud has a silver lining. Good luck in your healthful journey. It’s nonsense. You absorb all the protein. Not all is used for muscle building but it’s all used. Your body also used the mist calories to digest the protein so if that’s a goal protein helps you by raising your calories burned.

That's what Autumn was talking about, a lot of people's IF is too long and the eating window too short and too late. Autumn starts her feeding window at 10am and last meal 5 or 6pm, that way we will be eating 3 meals at 4 hour intervals. I have my last meal at 6pm but I'm doing my break-fast too late too at the moment, only because I may not be able to get my half hour work break at 11am, I get home at 1:30pm so then I'm only getting the 2 meals and try to cram my food in. Then on days off I break-fast at 10am, so I think my body is a bit thrown out. I love Autumn's channel, she's so good at what she does and she's a great personality 😁
