Hi, thanks for the video. Very informative. Just wants to know couple things. (1). Can the pre-meal include some fruits and then after about an hour or so, the main meal (carb + protein or protein + fat as you said), (2) during 16 hour fasting period, can we drink black coffee or tea without sugar or milk other than drinking water?

Avacado, cherrys , lemon like low glycemic fruits ok but bananas, apples, grapes, papaya like high glycemic fruits Are not ideal. After pre meal u can take anything no need macro combination Yes u can drink black coffee during fasting

I do my fasting while working at night. Since i do night shift i don't get sleep while intermittent fasting. Also, I'm hypothyroidism patient and control it with medication. Do i need to change my fasting method?? Pls help
