Ap apni calories dieting se pehly jitna khaty thy normal wesa khao one week. Then again kren dieting phir stuck ni hoga

​@@Achibaatain234..main to fasting kar rahi ho par itnaa has fark nhi.kya khao lunch or dinner mei??main to rat ko roti khaa rahi ho salan or salad.lunch mein kaly chany k atty ki roti with vegs.2 eggs white.green tea bi peti ho or black coffe bi.phr bi nhi kya waja ha? Rat ko jab jab ankh khylti ha garm pani peti hon kya ye galti kar rahi hon????plz ans

Wesy es se pehly ap apple cider vinegar thory se pani me 1 table spoon dal kr pina phir khana salad sham me b koi b fruit small size or minute ginger sonaf dal kr qahwa bna k os me honey dal kr pina or dinner me koi sa b salan or ghar ki chohti c roti agar bari ha to half lena... Exercise ya walk must must krna half hour hi q na ho
