Are you sure proteins deplete before fat. I'm not really sure about that where did you find that information please

Yes but under two conditions 1. Your body in higher energy demand ( Ex: exercise) 2. This is wrong . Don't do any work out on fasted state more than 20 minutes. The body consumes your hard earned muscles. You can't lift in an effective way on a fasted state.
