In my notes, it is the other way around. The x axis is 4 to 1 and y axis is 1-4. Thank you for explaining this.

i enjoyed your video for the basics. I would add to this circles of varying sizes that demonstrates a company can have divisions falling into varying sections of the graphical representation to show how it may be used to support considerations being made for their divisions. Otherwise, the volume of the video is very low. Despite these smaller issues, this is one of the better videos I've found on IE Matrix. Thank you!

Other presentations of the I-E matrix show the horizontal axis as Strong-Average-Weak moving from left to right. Given the same cell numbering, the regions for each strategy are changed to : Grow & Build Region which is specified through I, II & IV cells of the IE matrix Hold & Maintain Region which is covered by the III, V or VII cells of the IE matrix Harvest or divest region which is covered through the VI, VIII or IX cells of the IE matrix This just needs to be clarified when discussing the model and any results students come up with, or in a quiz for example.

Agreed. But there are experts who used the axis as I have. But you raise a good point that students need to be aware of these two approaches. Thank you for an excellent comment

External Factor Evaluation has sub-title "Key Internal Factor Evaluation" Please correct that might be a typo. Also examples from other industries may be useful
