Sometimes is not bios, the laptop needs to be open, clean the HD and the ram memories. But that depends of each laptop 💻

Didn't work, now laptop will turn on but black screen with dell logo, f2 setup and f12 boot option in bottom right corner. But if I press f2 or f12 nothing happens. Won't start won't do anything now. Please help.
