International Arrival and Connection -Minneapolis-St Paul Airport (MSP)

THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video! I will be be taking an international flight into Minneapolis tomorrow and I've been having anxiety about the process to get to my connecting flight and this was incredibly helpful in helping me know roughly what I can expect.

ive never had to fill out a customs form on my 3 previous trips returning from Vietnam (im returning this Saturday from visit #4). i just download the Mobile Passport Control app, answer all the questions as soon as i land & sumbit it, then notify customs person/show them qr code receipt, & im thru. saves a ton of time & dont have to wait in line.

@@JoshM23 since we didn’t have anything to declare we just handed the form to them completely blank. They handed the form to us when we showed our passports, we collected our bags, and then we handed the blank form to the agent as we exited baggage claim.

From an international flight to JFK from Amsterdam on Delta for example. Where do I go if I have a connecting flight on JetBlue from JFK-ATL

@@SreyashRoy-c2x if it’s not on the same carrier or same reservation, you will get your bags and exit with them like JFK was your final destination. Then you’ll go to the check in area for Jet Blue to check in and drop your bags and then go through security again.

How long do roughly did it take from getting off your flight to getting to your gate? I only have a 1 hour and 15 min layover and I don't know if it's doable...

@@JD-si5mm it took us about 30 or 40 minutes from standing up on our arriving plane to sitting down at the gate of our departing flight. We probably spent 10 minutes going through customs/immigration and 5-10 minutes rechecking our bag and going back through TSA. The rest of the time we were walking.
