International Fleetstar Resurrection

First part of the resurrection of the International Fleetstar F2050A I was given. Rescue from the woods, getting back to civilization, the journey home, and fixing the exhaust. The truck was parked and abandoned in 1995

Why would people park these old trucks in the woods these trucks are meant to be used for their intended purpose restored and running they are kick ass power driven work horse trucks and would out last brand new trucks 😊

Unfortunately I think it usually comes down to production, there's always something bigger, faster that can do the job better. The story I got on this one was it was used by loggers to haul gravel to build roads, when they were done they just left it. Things are pretty rigged up on it and I'm guessing it was getting pretty rough then, so they decided to just cut their losses and leave it on the job.

This truck probably got the CAT 3208 engine in it.

It has the 9 liter international engine, it's a very good runner.
