International Flight Attendant Vlog: my first time in THE NETHERLANDS! 🇳🇱

Think maybe my 1st comment on your vlog.. that I've been watching for a few months now...guess until now I've been a Lurker as they call it. You're the absolute cutest Michelle > anytime I find myself on UAL I'm definitely gonna try to reserve a back of the house seat & keep my fingers crossed 😜 Bay Area my home so my odds are about as good as they can be 😁 > born, raised & lived here the entire time...a young Boomer...at least I like to think so. I have a question & of course no worries at all if you don't choose to answer > I watch numerous flight attendant Vlogs which I enjoy...do the airlines put it out there that if any FA's are interested & willing that it's encouraged, or is it typically something done on your own volition & of course need permission? Same for the pilots too whose vlogs I also enjoy > have always wondered if the Co promotes this & maybe even offers addtl incentive(s) to do so? ....it is fantastic pr for the airlines and also promotes career interest of course. Regardless, thank You Michelle for sharing this part of Your life as You do 🙏

Thank your for the comment and your support! This is a great question. Many airlines (including mine) have strict social media policies. I am lucky to work for an airline that knows (the social media team) about my KZbin channel & encourages me to post & share it with my communities! Of course this comes with limits: my job is always first & there are things I do not show or talk about (safety and security things). I also chose to not film me doing service or most all times passengers are on board. I cannot speak for all airlines but I feel very lucky to have a company that encourages my creative outlet & gives me tools to succeed😊

Great question. I'm wondering that too😆 we used to stay there but sometimes they cycle us in and out of different towns. To be honest, our airline contract has vague wording when it comes to our layover location which is something we are fighting to change in our next contract. Thank you for watching!😁

Great question! We are assigned a specific jumpseat based on our position and certain safety checks/responsibilities so it's easier to call them to have it sorted out and changed in the system.

We stay about an hour away from Amsterdam! And I think a couple hours. I don't keep track of the exact time.
