In examples 1 at 25:26 we see how an increase in the money supply leads to higher domestic prices and therefore an exchange rate depreciation. However, why is there no inflation in this case, how can domestic prices rise and inflation not too?

how the cad/usd is equal to 1.32 did not get that. Isn't the usd more valuable?

Thats correct, you get 1.32 cad per usd.

it sounds funny . money demand decrease means u are not holding money rather u are buying goods which leads to infaltion .there is infaltion (being goods cosntant) u raise the interst rate and that means also fall in demand for money but it leads to decrease in inflation
