The “wage gap” is calculated without accounting for position, seniority, hours worked, overtime, how strenuous the labor is, how many men vs women are working full time, or any other of a dozen variables that they just omit. It’s literally just the difference between the median income of men and women. That being said, having the $0.72 cents difference that they claim under that calculation is actually fucking amazing. Account for variable factors and it disappears. Google tried to prove a wage gap at google and proved they overpaid women compared to men in their company. There is no wage gap, and anyone entertaining or supporting this false idea is engaging in societal propaganda based on a fictional premise to support the idea that the most privileged group in the world (Western white women) are actually one of the most oppressed. Sorry, white girls, you’re way better off than the average white guy, and drastically better off than the average black guy, and to suggest otherwise is ignorant and dishonest.

You can tell she intentionally tries to make her voice deeper than it really is. It's so funny how unaware these feminists are about how pitiful they look trying to emulate men.
@Virginbreaker Absolutely. They've abandoned the essence of their femininity in exchange for some weird, pseudo-masculinity that makes them impossible to be around. They understand that testosterone induced masculinity directly translates to power and they want power. But they refuse to comprehend that with power comes responsibility because the female is allergic to responsibility. She's an overgrown child. They hate the fact that their only source of power is directly syphoned from men, they're only as powerful as men will allow them to be. Their true beef is with biology/mother nature/God for making them physically and mentally inferior. 90% of the females in western civilization are not women. They're simply females suffering from a serious case of penis envy. I blame 100 years of simping and weak male authority for failing to moderate female nature, failing to nip feminism in the bud and allowing our females to run amok and allowing them to maintain their delusion of equality to the point of societal collapse. The woman is NOTHING without a man to serve and they hate that.

I was called a "loser" just the other day because I told a woman "I can take care of myself". So I couldn't help myself from saying "Okay lets reverse the gender in that proposition. So when a man says he doesn't need a woman he's a 'loser'. Then what does that make a woman who says she is 'strong and independant' and doesn't need a man?" It amazes me how angry one of this type female will become when you calmly point out their hypoccrisy. Laughing at their response increases their anger to the point they become violent or they try and get a simp to do their dirty work or make false claims to management in an effort to have you removed. They are unable to deal with even being around a person that refuses to enable their delusions. Instead of just removing themselves from the situation they will use every trick in the book to have the other person removed so they can cling to their delusions by telling themselves "He's been forced to leave so I was in the right". Although I find this behaviour humourous it's also very saddening.

@@Chris-te7uk If you're talking about biological differences like strength, no shit. I'm talking about opportunities given to you in life. That shit can be done. As for the toddler, that's a no brainer either. You build him up, train him to dunk and throw 3 pointers. Train that toddler to be an athlete and a basketball player, and by the time he grows up, and he'll have a better chance to play against Lebron than if he was a toddler. Put in the work and time, and you'll have a chance. But hey, if you wanna be lazy, you do you. Not my pig, not my farm.

Low self esteem can be very damaging and demotivating. It can be very difficult to overcome. I've been struggling with low self esteem my entire life. I think what you are referring to is an overinflated ego and arrogance. You can't simply claim that self esteem is good. There has to be balance, as with all things.

I say to any person with same wrong way of thinking that they can achive alot if they have positive way of thinking little motivation and a lot of discipline. This people doesnt need someone who feels sorry for them. That is realy pathetic. They need someone to tell them what they do wrong and how to correct that. After that they will help themselfs which is best approach to that issue. People fly to the Moon because they overcome huge obstacles. Low selfasteam is realy low obstacle in any persons life.

Every time I hear how men “Celebrate Men’s Day everyday!” I am just like, *”WTF does that even MEAN???”* What are we all just walking around, random men high-fives all day? Is the news always going on about how awesome men are??? Cause let me tell you, if you call taking a constant shit on men all day and doubling down on Men’s Day is what she really means then YES! Besides, November 19th is now also some 'women's additional celebratory' day, which, in its hilarious convenience, shows that women are in fact being celebrated for no reason all the time, while having the audacity to cancel the only one dedicated for men. Then again, only mother's day and father's day count. You actually have to do something to deserve that.
