This record was a great seller, originally recorded in April of 1922, and issued in the autumn of that year. The original coupling was on Victor 19349, with "Lena-Schottiche" on the reverse. This popular coupling was issued in a number of the Victor "Nationality" series, I have copies in the Swedish, Bohemian, German, Hungarian and Italian series, each with its own record number. The coupling was issued abroad on British Zon-O-Phone. This record was re-recorded using the new electric process on Sept. 10 of 1926, and appeared in November's supplement under the original catalog number. I have not noticed the electric recording issued in any of the ethnic series, though it did appear in a background music series and, I believe in the "Pict-Ur-Music" series, though I'm not absolutely certain of the last, as I haven't my discographic information handy.
