where is the gear system part frm that it will help to move the solar panels . If gear system is not there the solar panels will spin like a fan. plz explain it to me

I have not used any gear systems. I have used a slow rpm dc motor to rotate the solar panel array. These solar arrays will be always pointing the sun as the ISS orbits the earth. This process is computer controlled in ISS. You can use a slow rpm dc motor to rotate the entire solar panel system. Do not use ordinary dc motors.
