Sir, would you please tell me how we can choose the type of the first room? I mean, the differences between the two rooms are obvious. Unfortunately, I can't understand Hindi, so i couldn't get the reason why thoso two rooms are totally different. Is the second room for local students or is it just about being lucky to get the first room?

The first hostel rooms are big and Air conditioner already installed in the room and they provide enough electricity for usage and for second hostel is also for foreigner's and just 3 floors and there rooms are small and air conditioner not installed. If any student want to install air conditioner in his/her room he need pay 500 RMB security fee and 300 RMB per year maintenance fee.
